Basketball Recap: Shreveport HomeSchool Sports Takes a Loss

Shreveport HomeSchool Sports has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 47-36 to the Word of God Academy Force on Tuesday. Shreveport HomeSchool Sports was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Word of God Academy earlier this season, when they won 52-46.

Shreveport HomeSchool Sports' defeat dropped their record down to 25-14. As for Word of God Academy, their win bumped their record up to 16-6.

When Shreveport HomeSchool Sports and Word of God Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Shreveport HomeSchool Sports will square off against Cornerstone Christian Academy and their 19-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th. Similarly, Word of God Academy will try to stop Bishop Noland Episcopal Day's six-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
