Lincoln-Way West extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping their season record up to 16-7 in the process. Everything went their way against the Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings as they made off with a 12-2 win. Considering the Warriors have won 13 contests by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Homewood-Flossmoor, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly ten runs.

For Homewood-Flossmoor's part, Elodie Sullivan was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run.
