Soccer Game Preview: Reagan vs. Southwest Guilford

The Reagan Raiders will square off against the Southwest Guilford Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Reagan's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Forsyth Home Educators by a score of 2-0.

Keira Bach and Mary Dixson scored both of Reagan's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, Southwest Guilford beat Atkins 3-1 on Tuesday.

Reagan now has a winning record of 1-0. As for Southwest Guilford, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Reagan came up short against Southwest Guilford in their previous meeting back in March of 2022, falling 3-1. Can Reagan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
