Basketball Recap: Edgewood Takes a Loss

Edgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a hard 74-60 fall against the DeForest Norskies. The Crusaders were probably out for revenge after losing 65-52 to them when the teams met back in February of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Edgewood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for DeForest, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-11.

Edgewood has already played their next game (against McFarland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. DeForest will head out on the road to square off against Columbus at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. DeForest is facing Columbus at the right time seeing as Columbus is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
