Union won the last time they faced Northeast Lauderdale and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Yellowjackets put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 3-0 win.

Union got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 31-29, 25-19.

Union has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Northeast Lauderdale, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Union will take on West Lauderdale at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northeast Lauderdale, they will be playing at home against Southeast Lauderdale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
