Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pingree). Everything went their way against the Landmark Vikings on Monday as they made off with an 18-4 win. Considering the Highlanders have won six games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Pingree pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Landmark, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Looking ahead, Pingree will head out on the road to face off against Marianapolis Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Landmark, they will be playing at home against Wheeler at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
