Basketball Game Preview: Western Reserve Roughriders vs. St. Paul Flyers

The Western Reserve Roughriders will face off against the St. Paul Flyers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Saturday, Western Reserve came up short against Monroeville and fell 51-41.

Meanwhile, St. Paul ended up a good deal behind Calvert on Thursday and lost 63-46. The Flyers have struggled against the Senecas recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Western Reserve's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for St. Paul, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Western Reserve couldn't quite finish off St. Paul when the teams last played back in February of 2024 and fell 46-44. Can Western Reserve avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
