Soccer Recap: Penn Yan Academy Comes Up Short

Penn Yan Academy lost against Newark back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Reds.

Penn Yan Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Newark, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Penn Yan Academy will square off against rival Wayne at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. Meanwhile, Newark is set to face off against their familiar foe Palmyra-Macedon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
