There's no place like home for Raymore-Peculiar, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Blue Springs Wildcats 3-2 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Raymore-Peculiar wouldn't go down easily and took Blue Springs into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 28-26, 23-25, 25-20, 15-13.

Callie Andes and AJ Johnson certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Andes had 12 digs, while Johnson had seven digs.

Raymore-Peculiar is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season. As for Blue Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 14-18.

As of now, neither Raymore-Peculiar nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
