Volleyball Recap: Uintah Snags Fifth Win in Last Six Games

Uintah's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Carbon Dinos.

While Uintah might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Carbon scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 25-21.

Uintah can attribute much of their success to Abbie Davis, who had 15 assists and seven digs. That's the most digs Davis has posted over her last eight contests.

Uintah is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Carbon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Uintah has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against West on the 22nd. As for Carbon, they will be playing at home against Duchesne at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
