Chaparral is 6-0-1 against Arcadia since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Chaparral Firebirds will welcome the Arcadia Titans at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Chaparral is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Arizona College Prep just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Arcadia's offense. They came up short against Cactus Shadows on Wednesday, falling 4-0. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 6-6-2. As for Arcadia, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Everything went Chaparral's way against Arcadia in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, as Chaparral made off with a 6-0 victory. Will Chaparral repeat their success, or does Arcadia have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
