Soccer Recap: Carlisle Comes Up Short

Carlisle lost against North Cross back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chiefs came up short against the Raiders, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that Carlisle have lost by exactly eight goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Carlisle and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for North Cross, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Carlisle will welcome Virginia Episcopal School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Cross, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 5-0 victory against Miller School of Albemarle on the 19th.
