Volleyball Recap: Scott Comes Up Short

Scott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Charleston Catholic Irish. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Irish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-14, 25-10.

Scott's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Charleston Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 30-7-1 record this season.

Scott will be playing in front of their home fans against Roane County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Charleston Catholic, they will venture away from home to take on Buffalo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
