Basketball Recap: Captain Shreve Triumphs

Captain Shreve lost to Evangel Christian Academy back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Captain Shreve Gators walked away with a 60-50 victory over the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles.

Captain Shreve's win bumped their record up to 27-9. As for Evangel Christian Academy, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Captain Shreve beat Evangel Christian Academy by a score of 60-50 on Friday.
