Football Recap: Middlesex Takes a Loss

Middlesex lost against Belvidere back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bluejays were beaten by the County Seaters 42-6. The Bluejays just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Middlesex's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Belvidere, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middlesex will welcome Keansburg at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bluejays will be up against the Titans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Belvidere, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wilson Area at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The County Seaters will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
