Volleyball Recap: Harlan Comes Up Short

Harlan lost against Morgan Park back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Falcons fell 2-0 to the Mustangs.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Morgan Park scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21.

Harlan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Morgan Park, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Harlan is set to challenge their familiar foe Phillips at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Morgan Park will take on rival Horizon Science Academy-Southwest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
