Mogollon waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 68-23 victory over the Mayer Wildcats. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Kindsey Porter was a one-woman wrecking crew for Mogollon as she went 8-for-13 to rack up 18 points and four steals. The dominant performance also gave Porter a new career-high in field goal percentage (62%). Landie Crum was another key player, putting up nine points along with eight boards and three steals.

Mogollon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.

Mogollon pushed their record up to 19-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.3 points over those games. As for Mayer, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Mogollon has already played their next contest, a 38-37 victory against Ash Fork on the 7th. Mayer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
