Broadalbin-Perth can bid farewell to their seven-match losing streak thanks to their match on Monday. They put the hurt on the Johnstown Sir Bills with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Patriots not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 9th (when they won 3-0).

Broadalbin-Perth was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-18, 25-18.

Ava Therrien paced Broadalbin-Perth's offense, picking up 14 kills. Therrien got some help from Payton Foy and her 30 assists. Therrien was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Broadalbin-Perth's win bumped their record up to 11-19-2. As for Johnstown, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14-2.
