Baseball Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They fell 7-3 to the Rocky River Pirates.

Princeton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Cline, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Rocky River, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coincidentally, Princeton and Rocky River will both be playing Lewisville the next time they take the field. The Tigers will head out to face the Lions at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Pirates will head out to face them at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
