Spring Creek hadn't beaten Midway on the road since September 25, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Gators narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Raiders 2-1. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Yoimar Carias Sequeira was handed one for Spring Creek, while Midway got theirs courtesy of Joshua Santillan.

Rodi Jason Guzman Perez and Carias Sequeira scored both of Spring Creek's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
