Jake Morrow Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Grand Blanc got the W thanks in part to Jake Morrow playing the best football he has all season. Morrow threw for 404 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 16.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
The win (which was Grand Blanc's seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Morrow and Grand Blanc will be playing at home against Romeo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Davison's defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2. Dosh will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Lapeer on Friday.

On Friday, Grand Blanc got the W thanks in part to Caseton Sendry playing the best football he has all season. Sendry picked up 170 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for eight yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 65 yards.
This year, Sendry has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 53.6 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one receiving touchdown.
