Baseball Recap: Logansport Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Logansport put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Tipton Blue Devils with a sharp 11-2 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Berries also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

Logansport got a great performance from Josh Middleton as he pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

At the plate, Kuper Jones was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Taylor Albright, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Logansport was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tipton only posted a batting average of .167.

Logansport's record is now 3-0. As for Tipton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Logansport will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Blue Devils: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
