Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Connor Wolfson and Maxwell Thompson Lead Fieldston to Victory

Fieldston waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 17-13 W against the Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Cougars back in September, they had to take a 10-7 loss.

Fieldston was led to victory by Maxwell Thompson and Connor Wolfson. Thompson rushed for 77 yards on only seven carries, while Wolfson gained 50 total yards and a touchdown. Those 77 rushing yards gave Thompson a new career-high. Hudson Marshall was in the mix too, providing Fieldston with one score.

Fieldston's record now sits at 4-5. As for Montclair Kimberley Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

As of now, neither Fieldston nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
