There's no place like home for Franklinton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They skirted past the Corinth Holders Pirates 5-4. The high-scoring effort was just what Franklinton needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

They hit Corinth Holders with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Armani Blackmoore (2), Gavin Akers, Avery Doi, and James Gogerty.

Franklinton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Corinth Holders, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-2 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklinton will head out to take on Bunn at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Corinth Holders, they will square off against Southern Nash at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
