Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Cosby

Cosby had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Manchester on Tuesday. The Titans put the hurt on the Lancers with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Titans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Cosby was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18, 25-12.

Zeina Elkority was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had nine digs and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high. Adela Trump also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Cosby's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Manchester, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
