Baseball Game Preview: Red Hill Salukis vs. Flora Wolves

The Red Hill Salukis will head out to take on the Flora Wolves at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Red Hill came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-3 to Odin/Patoka/Sandoval.

Flora came out on top against Hamilton County on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Wolves took their game against the Foxes 9-4. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Foxes recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Red Hill has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-7 record this season. As for Flora, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Red Hill couldn't quite get it done against Flora when the teams last played back in May of 2022 as they fell 6-3. Can the Salukis avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
