Santana took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They really took it to the Canyon Hills Rattlers for the full four quarters, racking up a 30-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Sultans in their matchups with the Rattlers: they've now won three in a row.

Santana's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Miller, who threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns. Those 203 passing yards gave Miller a new career-high. Denton Goar also helped out with an impressive 88 receiving yards.

Santana's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB five times. Canyon Hills' QB won't forget Jordyn Gillissie anytime soon given he sacked him 3.5 times. Gillissie is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Coming up, Santana will take on Crawford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Canyon Hills, they will challenge Rock Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
