Basketball Recap: Arleta Takes a Loss

Arleta and Granada Hills Charter squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Arleta had to settle for second. They had to suffer through an 89-56 loss at the hands of the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders. The Mustangs have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Arleta's loss dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Granada Hills Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season.

Arleta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Granada Hills Charter, they will square off against Gardena at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
