Philo waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Crooksville Ceramics. For the Electrics, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Ceramics walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Philo was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (92-90), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-22, 25-23, 25-22.

Olivia Fink paced Philo's offense, picking up 15 kills. Fink got some help from Halli Harris and her 19 assists. Fink also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lexie Charles, each putting up five.

Philo's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Crooksville, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

Philo has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Morgan on the 23rd. As for Crooksville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Coshocton on the 23rd.
