Baseball Game Preview: Waxahachie Indians vs. Skyline Raiders

For the second straight game, Waxahachie will face off against Skyline. The Indians will venture away from home to challenge the Raiders at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Waxahachie's pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so Skyline's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Waxahachie had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 12-run drubbing they dealt Skyline on Tuesday. The Indians blew past the Raiders 13-1. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Waxahachie's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-9.
