            Volleyball Recap: Ridgeland Panthers vs. Adairsville Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            Ridgeland was handed  a  three-set  defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene  on Monday. They skirted past the Adairsville Tigers  2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Panthers have posted  since September 20th.

 Jordin Duran was nothing short of spectacular: she  had 21  digs and four  aces. Those  21  digs gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaselynn Careathers, who  had ten  digs and one  assist.
 They weren't the only good servers: Ridgeland  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 15  aces. That's the most  aces they've managed all season.
 Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Nadelyn Dodson, who  had 20  digs.  Sadie Brownlow was another key player,  getting ten  digs and three  aces.
The  victory snapped Ridgeland's losing streak at three matches  and leaves them with a 4-25 record. As for Adairsville, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-29 record  this season.
 Ridgeland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  loss against Heritage on the 6th. Adairsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
