Greer got themselves on the board against Pickens on Friday, but Pickens never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Blue Flame with a sharp 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Yellow Jackets, who have now won seven contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Greer's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-5. As for Pickens, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greer will welcome Blue Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pickens, they will be playing at home against Walhalla at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Razorbacks will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Blue Flame surely won't give up without a fight.
