East Rochester dropped their record down to 15-4 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's five-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Williamson Marauders by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bombers have suffered since April 14th.

As for Williamson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-5. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.33 runs across that stretch.

For Williamson's part, Caiden Watson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on five hits.

On the hitting side, Williamson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joey VanLare, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

As of now, neither East Rochester nor the Marauders have any future games scheduled.
