Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Edison). They managed a 73-68 victory over the Sam Houston Hurricanes on Friday. For the Golden Bears, this counts as revenge for the 75-55 win the Hurricanes walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.

Edison's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12. As for Sam Houston, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Edison will be home for the holidays to greet Fox Tech at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edison has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Sam Houston, they will head out on the road to take on Highlands at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
