Brother Rice has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 11. They came up short against the Divine Child Falcons on Tuesday, falling 5-2. Brother Rice were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Divine Child apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Brother Rice's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-3. As for Divine Child, their win bumped their record up to 11-5-2.

Coming up, Brother Rice will host Western International at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Divine Child, they will take on Franklin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
