Basketball Recap: Glens Falls Takes a Loss

Glens Falls lost against Broadalbin-Perth back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Glens Falls Black Bears were outmatched by the Broadalbin-Perth Patriots and fell 68-33. The Black Bears were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-17.

Glens Falls' loss came despite strong showings from Piper Eddy and Sarah Wolfstich. Eddy posted ten points, while Wolfstich put up 12 points. Another player making a difference was Lillian Canale, who earned four points.

Glens Falls' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Broadalbin-Perth, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glens Falls will venture away from home to challenge Gloversville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Broadalbin-Perth, they will head out to square off against Amsterdam at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
