Football Recap: Amistad Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Amistad's offense. They were outmatched by the Hillhouse Academics and fell 41-0.

Hillhouse found their leader in sophomore Miller Stolzman, who threw for 151 yards and two TDs. Joseph Redding made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Amistad's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hillhouse, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Amistad will take on Nonnewaug/Lakeview/Shepaug Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hillhouse, they will square off against Bassick at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Academics' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
