Purchase Line is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Marion Center on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Red Dragons had to suffer through a 64-19 loss at the hands of the Stingers. The Red Dragons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-13.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Curwensville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They snuck past Tussey Mountain with a 30-26 win on Friday.

Purchase Line's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Curwensville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.
