Recap: Round Mountain Knights vs. Owyhee Braves
The Round Mountain Knights lost against the Owyhee Braves back in December of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Round Mountain took a hard 55-38 fall against Owyhee. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Round Mountain in their matchups with Owyhee: they've now lost four in a row.
Round Mountain's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Rotter, who scored 6 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Banks, who scored 7 points.
Round Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Owyhee, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Round Mountain will head out on the road to face off against Carlin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Owyhee is on the road again on Friday and play against Tonopah at 4:30 p.m. on December 1st.
