Morristown Central has no trouble against Edwards-Knox

Recap: Morristown Central Rockets vs. Edwards-Knox Cougars
After losing to the Edwards-Knox Cougars the last time they met, the Morristown Central Rockets decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Morristown Central took down Edwards-Knox 63-47 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Morristown Central.
Edwards-Knox lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Dawson Matthews, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Cooper Allen, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Morristown Central's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Edwards-Knox, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Morristown Central will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Copenhagen at 3:30 p.m. on December 22nd. As for Edwards-Knox, they will be playing at home against Lisbon Central at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
