Basketball Recap: Oakland Comes Up Short

Oakland lost against Riverdale back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oakland Patriots fell just short of the Riverdale Warriors by a score of 86-83. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Monday (58), the Patriots still had to take the loss.

Oakland has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. As for Riverdale, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-19.

Oakland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverdale, they will take on Rockvale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Rockvale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
