Baseball Game Preview: Northwood Chargers vs. Southeast Alamance Stallions

The Northwood Chargers will face off against the Southeast Alamance Stallions at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Northwood was able to grind out a solid win over Bartlett Yancey, taking the game 8-3. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Buccaneers: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, after only one run in their last contest, Southeast Alamance made sure to put some runs up on the board against Jordan-Matthews on Monday. The Stallions were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Jets. The result was nothing new for the Stallions, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Northwood's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Southeast Alamance, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.
