Volleyball Recap: Hustisford Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hustisford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Catholic Central Hilltoppers. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hilltoppers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Hustisford started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-16.

Catholic Central found their leader in freshman Leah Kucera, who had 16 digs and one assist.

Hustisford's record now sits at 4-22. As for Catholic Central, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-23.

As of now, neither Hustisford nor the Hilltoppers have any future games scheduled.
