Mae Jemison is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Gadsden City two weeks ago. The Jaguars were just a hair shy of victory and fell 13-12 to the Titans. While the Jaguars had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Titans 9-3.

Meanwhile, Muscle Shoals strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 31-7 margin over Austin. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 24 points or more this season.

Mae Jemison's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Muscle Shoals, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.
