Soccer Recap: Tri-County Comes Up Short

Tri-County lost against Wautoma back in September of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Penguins fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 3-2. Tri-County's loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Tri-County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Wautoma, they moved to 2-6-1 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Tri-County didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Amherst on the 25th. As for Wautoma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Adams-Friendship on the 25th.
