Volleyball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King was the 3-0 winner over Westfield when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-14.

King now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Westfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Alief Taylor on Thursday. As for Westfield, they will host Cypress Park at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
