Volleyball Recap: Braintree Triumphs

Braintree won the last time they faced Marshfield and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Wamps walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rams. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wamps.

Braintree had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-16, 25-12, 25-10.

Among those leading the charge was Bella Tran, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Braintree's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Braintree didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Weymouth on the 4th. As for Marshfield, they will square off against Sandwich at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
