Volleyball Recap: Eastern Wayne Comes Up Short

Eastern Wayne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals, falling 3-0.

Eastern Wayne's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Eastern Wayne wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Smithfield-Selma on the 25th. Hopefully Wayne Preparatory Academy paid attention to the Warriors' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
