Basketball Recap: Capital's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After losing to Helena the last time they met, Capital decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Capital Bruins snuck past the Helena Bengals with a 38-34 victory on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bruins as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Capital's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Helena, they now also have a losing record at 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Capital will host Big Sky at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Big Sky will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Capital surely won't give up without a fight. As for Helena, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Butte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
