South Delta triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Jamichael Green

Even though the O'Bannon Greenwaves scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, the South Delta Bulldogs still came out on top. South Delta enjoyed a cozy 73-56 victory over O'Bannon. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Delta.

Jamichael Green was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 19 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Amarion Sanders, who scored 13 points.

The victory got South Delta back to even at 2-2. As for O'Bannon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

South Delta will be playing at home against Port Gibson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for O'Bannon, they will head out on the road to face off against Simmons at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Mississippi (Simmons is ranked 215th, while O'Bannon is ranked 234th).
